after an amazing 2 hours vinyasa class in the early morning, we had philosophy with yogesh again. this time: yogi diet! of course a topic that everybody can relate to, we all have our opinion – high protein or high carb, raw or cooked. but not only physical food is part of the yogi diet, but so are airfood and impressions. wow, i like this class!!
after some fun hours of anatomy were the teacher was drawing on students bodies with markers, we were getting our poses corrected in therapeutic class. later on i created a lot of energy in kundalini dance and meditation – i felt a great connection, that overwhelmed me.
