I decided to do my 300hr training with Parimukti after briefly meeting Merel a year before in Goa. I had such a warm and deep resonance with her even though I only met her briefly that I knew I had to study with her in the future.

  Dharamkot, I feel, is the most wonderful place to immerse yourself in yoga and meditation. The closeness to the mountains just give a wonderful grounded sense of peace and an amazing foundation for yogic study.
