Handstands are thrilling but before you can take that leap up into the unknown you need a solid foundation. Grounding down and lifting up requires some strength and determination.

Physically finding the balance point brings you between fear and exhiliration. Having a partner to help you requires trust. 

There is this moment that happens when you are in the air, time stands still and you think “I’ve done it, I’ve got it” and then you fall out only to try again. 

Such is life, such is yoga 🙂

Angelica was born and raised as an islander off the coast of Ireland and moved to Australia at the age of 17 with her family where she finished her education. She views yoga as a way to make peace with the mind and body and to help treat real modern day anxieties that become such huge obstacles in our lives.
