Last Monday we started a new Yoga & Meditation training with a new group of beautiful people from all around the world (England, Germany, India, Netherlands, France, Sweden). It is so beautiful and inspiring to be part of, and at the same time observe their journey.

I feel that there is a lot of courage needed to join a training like this. Surely, you learn new skills, engage into interesting discussions, make new life long friends. But at the same time it is physically and emotionally challenging. We come together to study yoga, which is actually nothing short of studying ourselves… We look careful at ourselves, and dig deep and reflect upon ourselves. Why and how have we been living our lives so far. The choices we made and where we are at right now, what does that tell us about ourselves? We are  here to recognize and celebrate the beautiful deeper ‘Self’, and throw everything overboard that keeps us from living a lighthearded life. We are here to cultivate and nourish potentials that we help us get there.
